We Heart Hart Guides
Hart is including an unnecessary new town
An unnecessary new town has been included in the Hart Local Plan Regulation 19 Consultation. Here are our arguments explaining why it should be removed.
Hart planning to build too many houses
The Hart Local Plan Regulation 19 Consultation is planning to build far more houses than the new Government figures suggest. This is unnecessary and unsustainable
Brownfield development is being restricted
Outside of the Hart Local Plan Regulation 19 consultation, the council is introducing policies to restrict brownfield development.
Missed opportunity to regenerate our urban centres
The Hart Local Plan Regulation 19 Consultation includes policies to restrict the regeneration of our urban centres.
No plan for infrastructure
The Hart Local Plan Regulation 19 Consultation contains no tangible plans for infrastructure and will end up starving funds from the urban centres most in need.
Restore the strategic gps between settlements
The Hart Local Plan Regulation 19 Consultation removes key strategic gaps around Hartley Wintney and Hook. Let's restore our proud settlements.
